Portrait Drawing Workshop – Fall 2026

Prerequisite: Drawing 1 or prior approval from instructor

Take your drawing skills to the next level in this three-session portrait drawing workshop led by professional artist Marc Anthony Massaro. Designed for adult artists with prior drawing experience, this focused workshop explores the techniques needed to create expressive, accurate portraits from observation.

Students will strengthen their understanding of facial proportions, anatomy, structure, light and shadow, and expressive line while learning how to capture both likeness and personality. Through instructor demonstrations, guided exercises, and individual critiques, you’ll gain practical techniques that will improve your confidence and elevate your portrait work.
